Welcome and thank you for requesting to be a vendor at the 2nd annual Vampire Masquarade Ball and Gypsy Village!
This is a fun, themed event, with the Vampire Masquarade Ball happening inside the event center at the Grapevine Plaza Event Center. The Gypsy village happening outside the event center in the walled garden area of the establishment.
The theme for the village is a “Gypsy Look” of a traveling gypsy caravan, parked outside the “castle”.
The Vampire Ball is a paid ticket event for the vampire nobility that will purchase tickets to the Ball.
The Gypsy village will be FREE to the public and open for the public to attend.
In the “village”, we will have music, dancers (Jewell’s), and a cool fire show from Odd Labs!
Your 10x10 tent should be decorated to look the part, and your staff under the tents should dress in the gypsy style.
Please let us know what items/goods you will be selling to the public. All New Mexico sales tax is the responsibility of the individual vendors.
We are hosting with Picacho Peak Brewery, so as such we can’t have any other food or beverage being sold by the vendors.
A release of liability will be required to sign at setup.
